What you need to know when coming into the salon


  • All clients must wear face masks face covering, (we can provide them at a cost of £1 if you do not have your own).

  • Children over the age of 6 will also be asked to wear a face mask.

  • Clients should not bring anyone with them to their appointment (Children should be accompanied by one adult).

  • Clients will need to wait outside the salon until the stylist is ready for them.

  • Temperature checks will be made on arrival to the salon.

  • Clients will need to use our hand sanitiser on entry.

  • A short form to confirm contact details and no symptoms of covid-19 to be completed.

  • Card payment would be a preferred payment choice.

  • Additional £2 temporary charge will be made on each appointment when coming to the salon.

Staff will be wearing PPE Type II face mask, faces shields and aprons.

All staff will also be checked daily for symptoms of Covid-19 and given temperature checks on arrival to work.

 Cleaning and sterilising will be done even more regularly than before through the whole salon. Your individual sections will be cleaned before arrival and cleaned after use.

 If salon procedures are not followed appointments will be cancelled and a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
